3. Step-by-Step Guide on How to Apply for a Visitor's Pass Extension
The online application can be completed on the Kenya Electronic Foreign Nationals Services (eFNS) portal.
- Log in or create an account at the eFNS portal.
- Select the ‘Extension of Visitors Pass’ service.
- Fill in the online application form.
- Upload the required documents, such as a copy of your passport bio-data page, previous visa endorsement, passport photo, and proof of pending application (if applicable).
- Submit the application online.
- Download and print the filled application form.
4. Documents Required for the Visitor's Pass Extension Application
You will need to scan and upload the following documents:
- Passport Photograph : Upload a passport photograph.
- Previous Visitor's Pass Endorsement : The original and a copy of the previous visitor's pass endorsement.
- Passport Bio Data Page : Your passport should be valid for at least six months from the date of entry into Kenya.
- Visa Endorsement on Passport : An immigration authorised entry stamp
